Hello, I’m Claire McWilliam. I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and holistic health coach specialising in mental health and anxiety. For years I struggled off and on with poor mental health which included having post-natal depression, and generalised anxiety disorder. It was only when I started to prioritise my health and saw the difference that diet and lifestyle changes could make, that my mental health started to improve.
Now I guide others along this journey, helping them to support their mental health using nourishing whole foods and by making lifestyle changes. I truly believe that what we eat, and how we live our lives, greatly affects how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally and I’m here to show you how.
