I was recommended by a friend, that my teenage daughter should see Claire after she had been suffering from loose bowels, lack of energy, and a dry itchy scalp. From the first consultation, my daughter was made to feel very comfortable and Claire was kind and compassionate toward her. Claire suggested various supplements to help with her lack of energy and suggested she had a stool sample analyzed. Claire also recommended that my daughter try cutting dairy out of her diet, which she has done and the difference is amazing. My daughter's stools are much more normal, her dry scalp has pretty much cleared up and her energy levels are back to what they used to be! A very happy customer! I would definitely recommend having a consultation with Claire.

I came to see Claire as my energy levels were on the floor and my weight had been steadily increasing. I was on a very restrictive diet that had been prescribed to help manage my GI symptoms and food was no longer enjoyable for me.
Over three months Claire was able to increase the range of foods I was eating without triggering any symptoms. In addition, my energy has increased, I've lost weight and I finally got my VA-VA-Voom back!!

Claire is a very dedicated and knowledgeable practitioner. I came to see Claire as I had heartburn, IBS, and bloating which were not improving with medication. Since working with Claire my symptoms have improved significantly and I no longer need medication to manage my acid reflux.
I love all the little gems of nutrition wisdom she comes out with on the side, she knows a lot of results of clinical trials as well which I like.

I contacted Claire last year as I was struggling with anxiety terribly. I had been back and forth to my GP but wanted to see if I could control my anxiety levels better by altering my diet.
From the first phone call Claire was kind, compassionate and non-judgemental. She made me feel that I could achieve a better balance. She looked carefully at what I was already doing and made sensible suggestions bit by bit about what I could add in to my meals (rather than saying I needed to cut things out).
She also addressed wider issues than diet with helpful suggestions about mindset and techniques to make life a little less stressful.
We all need to hear that we are worth it from an outside source from time to time and that is the reminder Claire gave me along with some practical and sensible dietary advice. The work we have done together has helped me enormously and made such a difference.
